The service

surveys.free is a free tool for building surveys and polls, sharing them by link, and collecting responses. No account is required for the basics; an optional account lets you save surveys to a dashboard.

Acceptable use

Don't use surveys.free to store or distribute illegal content, send spam, run phishing or scams, scrape or abuse the service or its API, harass others, impersonate anyone, or attempt to break its security. Violations may result in removal or suspension without notice.

Your content

You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You're responsible for that content and for how you use it, including complying with any laws that apply to you. Sharing a survey publicly means you're choosing to make it publicly accessible.

Our content

The design, code, and materials of surveys.free belong to its operator. Templates are provided for your personal and commercial use within the app.

Availability

The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime or that data won't be lost. Please export anything important. Features may change or be discontinued.

Pricing

surveys.free is free to use. If paid tiers are ever introduced, features that are free today will remain free.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your surveys or account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the service entirely.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, surveys.free isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Since the service is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us — which is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
